1st Dalserf Boys BrigadeBoys Brigade anchor

The Boys Brigade meets on Thursday evenings in Rorison Church hall

Sections:
Anchor Boy's - ages 5-7years old meet from 6.15pm to 7.15pm.
Junior Section - ages 7-11years old meet from 6.45pm to 8.00pm.
Company Section - ages 12-17years old meet from 8.00pm to 9.30pm.

1st Dalserf Girls BrigadeGirls Brigade badge 

The Girls Brigade is a Christian based organisation for girls which meets on Monday nights from September to May.

The company is split into sections based on age, these being:

Explorers - Primary 1 to Primary 3 meeting from 6pm to 7pm.
Juniors - Primary 4 to Primary 7 meeting from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
Brigaders - S1- S6 meeting from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.

Girls participate in various activities where they can make friends and have fun, know about Jesus and his teachings, learn to care for others and develop new skills and talents.

1st Dalserf company participates in all the award schemes offered by Girls Brigade including, for the older girls, the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and the Queens Award.

The officers are all trained in Girls Brigade officer training, the Church of Scotland child protection training and Girls Brigade camp training which enables girls to go away to camp.
